Important Ticket Policy Information
- Refund Policy: Once a ticket is purchased, tickets cannot be refunded; however, ticket reservations can be moved to a different available date.
- General Admission: Entrance fees apply to EVERY PERSON entering the facility, whether skating or non-skating.
- Waivers Required: All guests must sign hold harmless and release from liability waivers.
- Dress Code Policy: For security purposes, face masks and hoods are not permitted to be worn inside the facility.
- Equipment Requirements: Toe Stops or Jam Plugs are required on all roller skates inside the rink. All equipment is subject to safety inspection.
- Prohibited Skates: Chicago Skates are strictly not permitted as their wheels crumble on the skating floor.
- Safety Act Compliance: All guests entering the skating center understand and accept personal responsibility in accordance with the New Jersey Roller Skating Safety and Fair Liability Act.
